Here are some rules for on sites, what happens, what is a foul and guides on how to measure at field events!

We always measure on the inside edge of the throwing circles on the inside edge of the Javelin arc to where the implements land.. shot put is taken from the edge closest to the circle not the middle of the landing mark.. these are just a couple of things to remember.. please take the time to read over the information..
