It will also be hot tomorrow, please make sure you have hats, sun cream and drink plenty of water! We will have the water misters on to cool down in.

PARENTS if you are up early and excited to get down the oval we have the normal equipment that has to go out plus the podium area to put up so please feel free to come earlier and give us a hand!

Just a reminder that the day will run longer than usual. Presenting medals takes time, with 23 age groups and 132 events to recognise. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our volunteers work through the presentations. Thank you for your support — everything we do is for the athletes.
