Get ready for the Winter Competitions cross country run, kicking off on Saturday, 23rd May at 11 am in Spearwood.

Cross Country Runs are open to athletes U8 and up, while Road Walks are open to U10 and up. All competition entries must be completed online through the Athletics West website by Wednesday at 11:59 pm prior to each Saturday competition. The final timetable and start lists will be available by 6 pm on the Thursday before the event.

Additionally, our coach Kelly is hosting winter conditioning and endurance training sessions for athletes over 13 years old. These sessions begin on 17th May from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at various locations around Mandurah. Athletes interested in participating should text Kelly at 0423011959.
